Return & Refund

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, here are the procedures to follow:

Return conditions

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and odor free.
• Return costs are your responsibility.

Return procedure

• Send us an email to innara.sav@gmail.com specifying: Full name/Order number/Reason for return.
• Once your request is accepted, return the item to the address provided to you.
• Upon receipt and validation of the return, you will be reimbursed.

Exchange

• We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or item, you must first proceed with a refund and place a new order.
• The refund period is 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the package.
